Shipment

All deliveries are made by a courier company. We pay due attention to transaction security:

each customer receives a special tracking code for tracking his shipment
all packages and/or pallets are packed very carefully to prevent potential transportation damage

It is also possible to collect goods in person at the Kielce Technology Park (company registration address).

Please contact us to adjust the method and date of delivery to the specifics of your order (especially in terms of wholesale / pallet quantities).

The standard delivery time is 35 business days, unless the Product description says otherwise.

Some products have a delivery time of 3-5 business days.

We are constantly expanding our warehouse, thank you in advance for your understanding.

For pallet orders, it is possible to accelerate the delivery date.

Following the Article 6 of Terms and Conditions:

The delivery of Products is limited to Poland and other European Union countries, in accordance with the available delivery options available when placing the Order.
If for the Products covered by the Order there are different implementation periods, the longest period of the Order applies to the entire Order.
When ordering Products with different delivery times, the Customer may choose to deliver the Products in stages or deliver all Products after completing the entire order.
The Seller offers to deliver the Products via a courier company to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order.
Product delivery costs and order completion dates are each time indicated in the Product description in the Online Store.
The order completion date is counted in Business Days. The deadline for completing the Order begins on the day of receipt of payment.
